No-Bake Cookies

Makes 3 dozen.

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt


Directions:

Mix above ingredients in a large pot. Melt on medium heat, then bring to a boil for 1 minute. Then add:

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups quick oats

Stir quickly to mix. Then drop spoonfuls of the mixture on a piece of wax paper to cool. Best eaten just a little warm.
