1 chopped Habanero pepper
1 chopped Anaheim pepper
4 tsp of chopped Jalapenos
½ Green pepper chopped
½ red onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 large tomato chopped
basil olive oil
½ tsp chili powder
1 tbsp Pace mild salsa (or salsa of your choice)
2 16 oz. cans Bush’s dark red kidney beans
1 15 oz. can Bush’s black beans
1 16 oz. can refried beans
12 oz. shredded cheddar jack cheese
Sautee all peppers, tomato, onion, and minced garlic in basil olive oil.
Warm all beans in a large pot and stir in vegetables. Add chili powder and salsa.
Place chile in large casserole dish and spread shredded cheese on top.
Heat in oven until cheese melts and you’ve got chile with a kick that will make Vincent roar!
