Cauliflower Salad

1 medium size cauliflower
1 bunch of fresh Chives
1 cup sour cream
juice from half a lemon
salt, pepper

Cut/take apart the cauliflower, wash it and cook it in salted water - not too long, remove the water from the cauliflower, and let it cool down.

Wash and cut the chives in small pieces, spread it over the cool cauliflower, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and the sour cream - stir well.

If you want, and you have the chance to get it, you can also add a little darkgreen Styrian Pumpkinseed Oil.
